Challenge:

This Direct Associates' client found it was difficult to penetrate the 55+ audience with their current digital marketing strategy.

Solution:

Part of the Direct Associates' solution was an A/B direct mail creative test specific to the 55+ audience. Creative used direct mail tactics, such as a custom audience list, personalization, strong CTAs and a unique offer to drive to web, while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.

Results:

This direct mail campaign exceeded expected goals.
