Imagitas was challenged to increase renewal rates at a lower CPM for their well established client — AARP.


I collaborated with the Imagitas team to develope a direct mail letter package that targeted AARP members about to lapse. The package included hyper personalized seasonal or birthday celebration messaging, a reply form and local AARP partner coupons. The package was designed with cost effective printing techniques in mind to reduce overall program cost.


Imagitas successfully launched multiple test packages in the market.
